Young stars earn over SEK 40 million!

When the first round of races in Margareta’s Early Young Horse Series for Swedish-born three and four-year-olds has been completed at Solvalla tomorrow, over SEK 40 million in prize money will have been awarded to horse owners since the series began in 2017.

The series has launched the careers of numerous four-legged stars, with a perusal of the winners list revealing names such as A Sweet Dance, Attraversiamo, Power, Diana Zet, Hail Mary and Racing Brodda. Tomorrow will see several talented three and four-year-olds take their first steps towards stardom.

There is particular excitement at Menhammar about the field for three-year-old stallions and geldings, in which two of the early favourites are by Jocose!

Joakim Elfving’s Mi Ma Ohrtus won Svampen as a two-year-old in the autumn, while Fredrik Wallin’s Timber was extremely impressive in winning at Solvalla last time out.
