Drill Became Millionaire Number 162

Drill is truly a reliable racehorse that delivers.

The {Readly Express} son is now in his fourth racing season and earned his place in Menhammar’s Millionaires’ Club as member number 162 following a long-distance race victory.
{Drill} is a true Menhammar product, as both his dam {Quadrille} and granddam {Tapdancer} were bred by Menhammar. His third dam, Dancing Dervish, was a top mare on both sides of the Atlantic, bred at Stoner Creek Stud and raced in Menhammar’s colours for both Stanley Dancer and Stig H Johansson.
{Drill} was purchased by his owner Millicus at the Elite Auction in 2019 for 450,000 SEK. He went into training with Hans-Owe Sundberg, but when Sundberg gave up his licence, {Drill} was transferred to Svante Ericsson. After four wins and a second place in V75 during his first racing season, things stalled a bit, and in 2023 {Drill} moved to Stefan P Pettersson. There, the horse has accumulated three-quarters of his earnings, with the V75 victory in the Höststyrningen last year being the richest prize.
Drill has taken eleven wins with six different drivers on his way into Menhammar’s Millionaires’ Club.
